Philip Crafton

Owner & President

PHIL CRAFTON

Phil Crafton is the President and Owner of CPS and has worked in construction for over 30 years.  As a licensed real estate broker, he also has 17 years of commercial real estate experience.  He has a vast knowledge in investment real estate, development, and real estate brokerage. When Phil is not working, he enjoys bicycling, spending time with family and friends, traveling, camping, watching baseball and football, volunteering within his community, and coaching football.  He and his family are also active members of Cedar Ridge Christian Church.

Lucas Fix

Senior Project Manager

LUCAS FIX

Lucas Fix serves as the Senior Project Manager for CPS.  He was born and raised in Lees Summit, MO and received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri.  With over ten years of project management experience, he enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, business operations, and coordinating projects.

Sara Crafton

Bookkeeper

SARA CRAFTON

Sara Crafton serves as the Bookkeeper and Leasing Manager for CPS.  She lives with her husband Phil and their three children in Shawnee, KS and currently serves as the President of the PTO within a local Shawnee school.  Sara received her Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from the University of Kansas, and even went on to join the Peace Corps in Hungary.  She loves providing insight, new ideas, and encouragement along the way with any project that she comes across.

AMY QUIOVERS

Amy Quiovers is the Project Coordinator at CPS and has worked in the construction industry for 22 years. Amy has been involved in high profile skyline projects in Kansas City, including the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts, the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, IRS Processing Facility, and St. Luke's Plaza Hospital expansion. Amy's biggest inspirations are her parents. She believes all things are possible through hard work and perseverance.  She strives to always stay positive minded when facing challenges, and to look for positive solutions.
