Owner & President
PHIL CRAFTON
Phil Crafton is the President and Owner of CPS and has worked in construction for over 30 years. As a licensed real estate broker, he also has 17 years of commercial real estate experience. He has a vast knowledge in investment real estate, development, and real estate brokerage. When Phil is not working, he enjoys bicycling, spending time with family and friends, traveling, camping, watching baseball and football, volunteering within his community, and coaching football. He and his family are also active members of Cedar Ridge Christian Church.

VP of Business Development
JAY RUNNFELDT
Jay serves as Vice President of Business Development and Marketing at CPS, bringing more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong focus on hospitality projects. He’s passionate about building relationships and helping clients bring their visions to life.
Outside of work, Jay’s world revolves around his family. He spends most of his free time with his wife and their two daughters—often at practices, games, or cheering loudly from the sidelines. As a family, they love packing up the car for road trips and traveling together, making memories and enjoying wherever the journey takes them.
