CPS Construction was proud to host the DBIA-MAR Next Gen group for an evening of drinks, networking, and meaningful conversation with emerging AEC professionals. The Next Gen committee is dedicated to supporting the success of rising design-build leaders, with a mission to connect, empower, and grow future AEC professionals through continuing education, engaging programming, and valuable networking opportunities that support both personal and professional development.

While Next Gen events are open to all, they are designed to support professionals under 35 who are building their careers in the industry. CPS Construction is honored to be an active member of DBIA-MAR and to sponsor initiatives like Next Gen that invest in the future of the design-build community.
